Starting at the Wedding of the Waters in Thermopolis, Wyoming and home to the World's Largest Mineral Hot Springs, the Bighorn River is our main water that we fish and guide. The Bighorn can be fished year-round and doesn't freeze over unlike other freestone and tail water rivers around the West. Be prepared to catch trophy trout on a variety of flies ranging from nymphs to giant hopper patterns depending on the season. This is truly one of the finest rivers to drift boat fish in Wyoming. Better yet, it rarely sees crowds of people and you can soak in the mineral hot springs at the end of the day. Expect to catch: Browns, Yellowstone Cutthroats, Rainbows, and Whitefish. Our guide service is permitted by the Bighorn Basin BLM under Special Use Permit # 1101. We are now offering "Blast & Cast" trips for the 2013-2014 season.
