Bighorn River Wyoming Fishing Report Wedding of the Waters

Mike and Eric from Portland, Oregon enjoyed a fantastic two days drift boat fishing on the Bighorn River in Thermopolis, Wyoming with us. Mike is the president of Tualatin Valley Trout Unlimited, and won this trip at the National TU Fundraiser. Thanks to Mike and Eric for a fantastic two days on the Bighorn with great fishing, fun, and new friendships formed. Mike and Eric did more than their share of catching a lot of fish, and a lot of big fish. We taped this Brown at exactly 21.5 inches and was a fish well earned. We were successful using scuds, hare's ears, and a few blue wing olives. The fishing has been consistently good this spring. We are looking forward to more Bighorn River goodness and days coming up this next month on the Green River in Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge. Looks like we are in for a busy, busy season!
